This package is for new entrant workers only. If you're not considered a new entrant, please see our regular 40-hour NYC SST Worker package (or the 10-hour package if you already possess an OSHA 30 card).
If you started work in New York City after December 1, 2019, the NYC Department of Buildings (DO)B classifies you as a new entrant. Before you set foot on any NYC job-site with a Site Safety Plan, you must earn an official OSHA 10 card from the U.S. Department of Labor. Within six months of starting work, you'll need to complete an additional 30 hours of training to meet Local Law 196 requirements and earn your SST Worker card.

You will be issued your SST card after completing all required hours, identity verification, and scoring at least 75% on all quizzes and final exams,and provide identity verification documents.
