Supervisors on qualifying job sites in New York City must complete 62 total hours of training. This 32-hour package fills the gap for those who already hold an OSHA 30 card, covering essential safety topics such as site safety management, fall prevention, hazard recognition, and emergency response.
This course is available fully online, making it a flexible and convenient option for construction supervisors looking to advance their careers while meeting NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.
The NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)'s Local Law 196 requires Supervisors at NYC jobsites with a Site Safety Plan to complete 62 hours of mandatory Site Safety Training (SST). This includes Site Safety Managers, Site Safety Coordinators, Concrete Safety Managers, Construction Superintendents and Competent Persons designated by Construction Superintendents. If you don't have an up-to-date OSHA 30 card, you need our full 62-Hour Supervisor SST Package.
You will be issued your SST card after you complete all required hours, score at least 75% on all quizzes and final exams, and provide a copy of both your OSHA/DOL card and identity verification documents.
